Jean MartineauJean Martineau has worked in the Canadian mining industry for more than 25 years as a director of junior exploration companies and an investment broker, and has been the CEO and President of Dynacor Gold Mines since the company was listed on the TSX in 2007. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on South America and has acquired in-depth knowledge of the management of natural resource companies in South America. His Latin American expertise has been of prime importance in the development of Dynacor Gold Mines' operations in Peru. Prior to work in the mining industry, he worked in the Pulp and Paper industry for more than 12 years, where his last assignment was in Venezuela.
Pierre LépineMr. Lépine is director of Dyncor Gold Mines Inc. since June 2014. He is also Executive Vice-President and co-founder of Groupe ABP. He also held the positions of Director, Investment Private Placement at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2006 to 2008, Vice President Corporate Development at GL&V Inc. from 1998 to 2005, where he was responsible for acquisitions, and Vice President Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouse from 1989 to 1996. Pierre Lépine holds a diploma in business administration and is a member of the Order of the Chartered Professional Accountants.

Robert Desjardins, Adm. ARobert Desjardins has a business degree from HEC Montréal and is a member of the Corporation des Administrateurs agréés du Québec. He has been the president of Robert G. Desjardins et Associés Inc., a corporate finance and financial products development firm, since 1989. He has also been a director and a member of the audit committee of Strateco Resources Inc. since 2001.
David GrondinPresident and Chief Executive Officer of TomaGold Corporation
Mr. Grondin has over 18 years of experience in the financial and mining industries. From 1997 to 2000, he worked as a financial analyst for CTI Capital Inc. He has also been the president and chief executive officer and a director of NQ Exploration (TSX-V: NQE) since November 2007 and a director of Kilkenny Capital Corporation, a venture capital company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, since August 2011. Mr. Grondin has a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.
Vittorio VioloMr. Violo is COO of PNS-Tech Inc., a Quebec-based manufacturer. Since November 2010, he serves on various strategic management committees of Sigma Industries, a publicly-traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange (SSG). Since January 2012, he is a board member of Odesia Group Inc. (TSX-V: ODS), a corporation specialized in business-intelligence solutions (BI). He is also a director of the public mining exploration corporation, NQ Exploration Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Violo worked for eight years in Canadian capital markets as an investment advisor, where he developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. During this period, Mr. Violo successfully completed a number of Canadian Securities Institute management courses, including Investment Management Techniques and Partner, Directors and Senior Officer.
